Message	In the recorded video menu when you select a recorded video to watch, there is a selection to copy to vcr. The output in the back of my DVR for that is composite video (the quality sucks). I run it to my pinnacle computer capture device and record it. DVD is a little different. DVD players will not let you record from the ouput connection due to the DVD encryption (if it's encrypted, most are). What you can do then is rip the DVD to your hard drive using your computer DVD drive and DVD ripping software.
